Pricing for Headsprout Early Reading is unique in at least two ways. Unlike other companies, who charge for a product whether it works or not, Headsprout guarantees grade-level reading outcomes. Kindergarten and First Grade students who complete Headsprout Early Reading in one academic year will be reading at grade level. We will refund the amount you paid for any student not reading at or above grade level (click here for guarantee details). You pay only for reading success.
Because of this guarantee, we base our pricing on a Graduation Model, sometimes referred to as a Completion Model, which is a one time, per student fee. This means that once you have paid for a student you don't have to pay for that student to use Headsprout Early Reading the next school year. Each student is a Headsprout Early Reading learner until he or she graduates from the program (completes the 80 lessons). If students complete the program in a single academic year, we guarantee that they will be reading at grade level (click here for guarantee details). If they don't finish and continue into the next academic year they may still use Headsprout Early Reading at no additional charge.
Another unique benefit of our pricing is the Headsprout discounting schedule. To take advantage of discounts with other companies, you have to buy thousands of licenses or subscriptions. Headsprout is different--we have designed our discount schedule so that each additional student results in a higher discount for you. We know that most schools and districts don't buy thousands of licenses and we want every school and school district, no matter the size, to be able to realize discounts based on the number of students they wish to serve.
